At Fridge Date Mates, we aim to get your labels to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped from NSW, Australia

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays, or peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales, public holidays).
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
📍 Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Fridge Date Mates is not responsible for:

Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer

Delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been dispatched
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.

If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
