At Fridge Date Mates, we aim to get your labels to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are packed and shipped from NSW, Australia.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, if selected at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays or peak periods such as Christmas, sales and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

If free shipping is available, it will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Free shipping promotions may be subject to minimum spend requirements or other conditions.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Fridge Date Mates is not responsible for:

Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer
Delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been dispatched

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a few extra business days, especially during busy periods.
