At Fridge Date Mates, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

Ordering the wrong item
Deciding you no longer want the product
Colour or size preferences
Minor variations in print, finish or colour

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at sales@fridgedatemates.com.au and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Items must be unused and in original condition where possible. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty or incorrect items.

We recommend keeping proof of postage for any approved returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or incorrect application
Items that have been used, altered or tampered with
Delays caused by postal services once dispatched
